THE UNITED STATES VS. BILLIE HOLIDAY
Hulu commissioned Ashley to create an original digital illustration to market the The United States vs. Billie Holiday, a 2021 biological drama film about the singer.
PAINTING REVEAL: CARRIE PARKER TAYLOR
As the first African American woman to enroll at Indiana University, the university honored Taylor's legacy through a portrait painted by Ashley.

Black Art Market
Black Art Market is a celebration of Black art, highlighting the tremendous talent of Indiana based artists. All are welcome to attend this free event and peruse and shop among 30 local artists. Music by QWRT will fill the air and artists will offer demonstrations and classes throughout the day. Stay awhile. Forked Up Catering will have food available for purchase.
Summer Artist Showcase
Select artworks of Ashley's will be displayed in Quills Coffee for a 3 month summer exhibition. Works will be showcased alongside another female artist.
Showcase: African and the Arts
A mix of Ashley's previously showcased and new artwork will be showcased during a 3 day art exhibition. The theme explores the many impacts Black Americans have had on visual arts, music, cultural movements, and more.
